A six year old black female has been found  wandering the streets in the North of England suffering horrific untreated racing injuries and severe pain.

Betting name Marinas Jerry ran only 30 races in Ireland before being transported to the UK to run on unlicenced tracks.

Erin as she is now called – needs expensive surgery costing an estimated £1,000 to re-attach her muscles to her tendons.

Northern Greyhound Rescue who are committed nursing Erin back to health are already under extreme financial pressure having recently taken in another dog – Sally – who suffered spinal injuries during a collition while racing.

Please try to support Northern Greyhound Rescue by making a donation or adopted one of beautiful dogs in their care. NGR are always looking for volunteers to help foster and fundraise.
